The TV can have more than one power supply together with a T-con card and other internal parts. Although such components may sound a bit complicated, they are actually very easy to fix. Common faults on LED TV: Backlight
If you are using an LCD TV, the reason you may have a black TV screen may be that you have a problem with the Backlight. LCD TVs use backlighting to illuminate the images on the screen, and if it does not work properly, the screen may be perceived as black.
To solve the problem, you need to repair the TV backlight. For this problem, it is strongly recommended to seek professional help. But if you have just bought your TV, you may be able to get it repaired during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
There are problems with the TV panel – the TV has a black image
If the screen of your TV turns black, there is a risk that your TV panel is damaged and this is considered a common fault on LED TVs. So if this is the case then you have to see if it costs more to repair the panel than to get a new TV.
Loose connections

- Disconnect all external devices that you have connected to the TV. This includes digital boxes, Google Chromecast, Apple TV, etc.
- Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord
